Pros

- good brand - genuine and decent employees in the local markets - good work life balance, as you can do a bare minimum because the bar is very low

Cons

- chaotic organization, no clear division of ownership, no functioning processes, no real vision - ambiguous structure with a lot of internal inefficiencies and overlaps - limited decisiveness, at the end of the day you will be held back by „og” leaders without having been provided with clear reasoning or a change in direction - the most dissolved and slow decision making process i have ever seen - a lot of politics, talking, presentations, alignment, calls, and not much action - great envioronment if you just care about appearances and don’t care about deliverables - leadership extremely dishonest and slow - top leadership clearly has complex of big tech / top competitors that they try to mimic with fluffy lingo straight from hyped podcasts and self help business bestseller books which is peculiar - „diversity” is a joke - culture of dishonesty, no transparency

Worst Company!

Pros

I see no reason to act for this group!

Cons

The worst company where I had the misfortune to put my career on hold for a few years. Starting with the global CEO, who in his last slide in a presentation, after the group's first layoff, wishes everyone good luck... as a Save yourself who can! There is no governance, VPs and CO founders totally unprepared and without any corporate baggage. For example, a Budget process, without any foundation, with numbers that never hold up. The obsession with the IPO is such that there was no basis even for some acquisitions that the group made over time, which will never have a P&L, no matter how much effort and investment you make. Finally, added to so much lack of preparation, the operating model became a ridiculous micromagement and the saga of doing everything at any cost, always with the customer experience in the last plan. Thank God I got rid of this delay in my life, I do not recommend this company to any qualified professional.

Pros

Flexible schedule Nice ambient Good salaries Perks

Cons

The CTO was fired months ago and the new management style has become too anarchical. The company has grown too fast and is not adapting to the new situation . Good professionals are leaving the company.
