Good company culture, nice environment, decent benefits
Cons
As an agency you might work on projects not interesting to you, but they try to match you as well as they can to your interests with what is available.
I came to DockYard for being part of a company that's at the bleeding edge of software development, and to work with the people that I look up to. I'm still here because of the amazing culture I'm part of. The team I work with every day works really well together and respects each others work. The company as a whole puts good emphasis on having a great work life balance, and strives towards having a great culture of that puts people first.
Cons
They struggle with paying competitive salaries, but that seems to be the cost of having such a great culture.
