I have never seen such a company in my entire carrier. Management is zero, no work life balance, hopeless H.R, unrealistic expectations,24*7 support expectations. It's a place where people who can do buttering of the ceo would survive and trust me there are quite a few there. While i was going thru some of the previous posts of docplexus here, i was really taken by surprise as to how can anyone write good things about this junk! I am sure it is an outcome of frustration of the ceo and he would have assigned his employees a task of writing good points about this company, i say this because if you look at the cons section you would notice that the cons have been put in such a manner that it looks like a "great positives" than negatives!! This actually shows the cheap thinking of the management. They will never learn or let me put it this way, they don't try to learn from the mistakes of the past as for the ceo, its all about earning £ and $..
