      - Flat hierarchy, no politics - Full transparency - Ownership of work - People are open for ideas and experimentations - Good work life balance - Remote and flexible work timings - Rapidly growing

      Cons

      None as such, but since it is a startup, you would miss out on some perks that big companies get to offer.
