      A perfect startup to ruin your career. Beware of the fraud esops promises.

      Pros

      Nothing that I can think of. Because of false promises and smooth talking, they get very proficient and good employees.

      Cons

      Tons of cons: They have a whiteboard and late arriving people have to write their names on it. How stupid is that? Very bad behavior from CEO. He shouts and abuses people publicly. An excellent example of how not to run a startup !!! They have also forced many people to leave the company since its inception including business analysts, good developers and their own Co-founder absconded because of the intimidating nature of CEO. NO HR dept. Bad Policies (1 leave per month for initial 12 months. i.e., 12 leaves per year) If you take more leaves, they deduct money not just from your basic pay, but from each component,.) Totally negative ambiance in the office, they will note down how many times you received a call, how many times you went for a tea break and so on.

      None of this is true and posted by one disgruntled ex-employee using multiple email IDs to bad-mouth the company. This employee and the company parted ways during late 2017 as he was taken to task for lying, deceiving and making false commitments and when his cheating and conniving ways didn't work anywhere then he started posting these comments here because of his vindictive and negative nature. And that's why for a 3 year old company, all the negative comments are from late 2017 only when this ex-employee was separated from Doctor Insta. Doctor Insta is over 3 years old as the product was operating under the umbrella of BrahmaX before becoming a stand alone company. The company is backed by Leading Healthcare Institutional Investors of the world and takes its employee relations very seriously.       Worst Worst Worst Place to work

      Nothing - and you can trust me for this else experience yourself.

      Cons

      A lot - Seriously Bunch of liars. Bunch of frauds. Bunch of people who have no sense of professionalism. No Compensation and benefits only and only politics. Sad but true. If planing to join then start taking stress management classes in advance.

      Pros

      Awesome Colleagues to work with, Low Pressure environment. . Budding start up , so lots of encouragement given to new ideas. Saw a lot of bad reviews in the column, couldnot find any reason to relate to the same. There are lots of companies where people are really treated as "slaves".

      Cons

      Alternative Saturday`s are working. Not as fast as it should be at this stage if it wants to be at a good competitive level.
