      Pros

      I love working here. Great company culture. Management is amazing and supportive. The pay is decent too. Great work life balance and the Toronto office is beautiful. I personally enjoy my in-office days and look forward to work everyday.

      -mainly remote, 2 days a week in office -people are amazing -social events help keep everyone connected

      Cons

      -company decisions always have to go through larger company, Well Health -onboarding and training is very messy and require smore structure -internal changes to the company have caused a lot of growing pains
