      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, work-life balance, hard-working co-workers most of whom are very dedicated to the community they live in and serve

      Cons

      The company should invest more in retention and recognizing valuable employees. Keeping good people in a company is what makes it successful and to do that, they need to feel appreciated.

      Pros

      Need experience in the field of nursing then this is the job for you! You will get loads of experience with pre-employment, annual, DOT, State and Federal physicals; lab studies some in house and others external, referrals, working one on one with doctors, therapists, office staff and other nurses.

      Cons

      Pay scale is very low, hours are long and the work is very fast paced. No appreciation from corporate and not much room for advancement.

      When you leave, you don’t take your work home with you

      Cons

      You never qualify for the RVU bonus because of the unrealistic RVU goal set. They only care about money. You are left solo to see anyone who comes in no matter how long the wait is and they expect you to have a visit even if the person is signing in for an issue that is not appropriate nor can we treat based off what THEY say we can and cannot treat, sometimes you’re there until past 11 pm and it could be 20+ in the waiting room at 7:00 pm and they will not let you stop letting people sign in.
