Very quick to terminate employees and leave others picking up the difference without hiring new staff. I put in for vacation and they unprofessionally fired me the day before my vacation started and gave no reason why. Management can be very cliquey and insular and talk poorly about all of the employees behind closed doors often and consistently. Definitely the type to use employees and throw them away so they don’t value how long someone has been there. Their oldest employee has been there for barely 2 years.

The tech stack is poorly managed and the focus is on blame when something goes wrong, even though management will say "we don't focus on finger pointing". Successes and Wins are not celebrated however mistakes are repeatedly discussed.
