There isn't too strict of a hierarchical structure, so you can really get involved in any aspect of company you'd like. Everyone needs to pull their weight and collaborate.

Promoted some project management solutions like Salesforce that I'm not entirely sure were effective given the size of the organization. Seemed more burdensome than productive.
