Pros

Competitive environment with a friendly twist. Culture is confident and success is inevitable. Smartest, most talented people I've ever worked with. Longboards are available for use at your own risk. One of them got away from me on my way to lunch, and entered into a fight with a pickup truck. The longboard lost.

Cons

We are a tech company, so if you're not comfortable owning 100% of your computer problems, you'll need to overcome that quickly. There's no systems admin to get you up and running when your computer isn't working. This can cost you a great deal of time as a new hire. On the flip side, your building new skills that can only pay dividends down the road.

Pros

Opportunity to work with a talented group of individuals who collectively have the ability to scope, craft and solve a variety of complex issues relating to the development and introduction of B2B and support software.

Cons

Loose environment in terms of specific direction given to sales, marketing and driving growth. Initial product was too raw to effectively gain market consensus, particularly in a downward economy. The result was a retooling of the initial offering, a pull back and restructuring in sales efforts and, ultimately, a better focus on introducing it to specific adopters.
