Pros
All of the departments have a really strong core team and good departmental managers, it's good, challenging work and you're out in the fresh air every day
Cons
Pay is below industry standard Every department is consistently understaffed year after year because of non-competitive pay, and as such there are always a few bad apples who we can't afford to fire. Equipment is old, outdated and poorly maintained, and the owner insists on micromanaging every department despite having very competent department heads. Understaffing means that personnel are stretched thin, and quality of work and safety fall by the wayside. Affordable housing is hard to find near the resort
