Pros
I love working for dodles. we have an open door policy where the leadership listens and resolves issues right away. We have freedom to work in office or at home and I never feel micro managed which is a huge relief. There is alot to do because it's a start up but that brings this excited energy like we are doing something important and that motivates you. Craig Doriot is an inspiration.
Cons
Sometimes you feel that you are working out in limbo because everyone is focused on their parts of the project. We just hired a project manager ad I think that will fill that gap.
