Pros

- Depending on the area you work for in Sydney, you have a lot of autonomy

Cons

- All management cares about is sales, while most of them don't understand the concept of selling. If you're not on a desirable number of sales, instead of being understanding, staff get abused, yelled at, and pressured to make more sales. The number one rule of sales is that it's 90% attitude, 10% skill. You can't sell if you're stressed, you seem desperate to customers. But management don't seem to understand this or care.
