Pros

The people at Doe-Anderson are one of the company's greatest assets. Career longevity is another. Many employees work here for 10, 20, 30 years or more. Most creatives, account people and management are super nice people, and the teams work well together. If you want an established career, Doe is a great place to land. Benefits and salaries seem above average.

Cons

It's a big company with a good amount of low-level turnover, so there are a lot of new faces that are hard to keep up with. Growth and advancement is not tracked/encouraged as much as it could be. Team structures are splintered more than I was used to, but overall good work gets done.

Pros

Great clients - more diverse than it seems. Strong leadership team. Open to hearing feedback and ways to improve the agency. Financially quite solvent

Cons

Long tenure can be both good and bad. Some aspects are stuck in the old advertising world but seems to be transitioning out of this.
