The manager here is relentless. I tried to understand how hard it can be managing a business by one’s self, but by berating employees and expecting them to pick up your slack (example “no, you need to be here so I can leave to my appointment!”) like time management and people management are not her forte. If she was able to treat her employees with respect, she would be able to keep them longer so that she could take a break. Her yelling and berating would give me anxiety attacks. I became her only employee at one point, so that was more stressful because obviously “she’s perfect” so any mistakes made were only mine (even with cameras and if I can recall directly what happened.)
