The management is horrible and the work environment with the other employees is terrible. They gossip, take smoke breaks, and spend time on their phones instead of watching the dogs. The amount of dogs is too many for the size of the place. Their preparedness in terms of having enough supplies and making sure every room is full stocked each morning is terrible. The cleanliness is bad. Their administration in terms of scheduling and breaks just doesn't work.

The clowns who own this establishment are in it for the money and are really good at pretending they care about your dogs. They will lie to your face and say there's ALWAYS someone on staff (including overnight) that I assure is a gross lie.
