While a small team (for now) everyone is exceptionally motivated and driven to achieve success for the company and help DogBuddy grow. A great environment to work in with dogs around on a weekly basis! A true startup experience in the sense of freedom and autonomy to do your job and get stuck in with new and exciting projects.

Cons

Don't expect perks like unlimited holiday, bean bags, trips to vegas...
