Pros
Dogs at the workplace, extremely smart and friendly mid-level management.
Cons
The whole executive leadership is new so know one really knows what is happening with many facets of the company. Internal communication is less an lacking.

Pros
This company gives you a book of business to call on and you are able to work from home. Time management is necessary and the territory is so large, that there can be a lot of windshield time between appointments.
Cons
Company is changing its direction and has become executive heavy. Continued problems for company as far as reputation in the industry for having manufactured products in China continue to be a consumer complaint. Territory restructured and book of business reassigned to another manager. Company downsizing it's sales force.
