      Made some friends. Opportunity to come to Australia.

      Cons

      Long hours without compensation expected. Salaries not competitive. Terrible terrible HR - toxic culture. No Bonus in 4 yrs. Unless you speak German no chance for advancement. No internal promotions - all foreigners who don't understand the market. Austrian company operating in Australia not an international company. Broken promises. Management need to lose the egos. High staff turnover - HR is terrible - 3 MDs in 4 years. Blatant lies. Many times felt we are just a tax write off for the group due to the mind boggling decisions made. Terrible customer service due to rigid procedures. Clear management wants machines who do not question. If you a go getter Do Not come here.

      Good training opportunities. Opportunity to work internationally.

      Cons

      Long working hours expected, international travel in economy class is unacceptable (business class only for country manager and up), tedious and rigid procedures, constant changes in upper to top management levels and strategy, very rigid for an international company, too many expats, not enough local knowledge, too many hierarchy levels.
