Company is willing to undertake minor consulting projects that are too small (in duration or number of consultants) to be of interest for larger consulting companies.
Cons
This is a really small company run by its owner as manager, and his wife as co-manager. To my knowledge, multiple former employees have had severe personal conflicts with these managers, and the company has no managers with better managerial skills.
