      Pros

      - Talented team. From Ops, Product... to Engineering. - You are pushed every day to deliver top results. - A small team means there is much responsibility in your hands. - You will be building a top product in Latam that is used by a lot of people. Everything you do will have a real impact on people's lives. - We ship and iterate super fast.

      Cons

      - Sometimes, team bonding is lacking because we work remotely, and it might be hard to adapt to team culture.

      Pros

      - Everybody is highly qualified in its fields. - Company moves in the right direction, and adjusts trajectory when we need it. - I have never seen a group of people working that hard, while making sure nobody is overextended / overloaded / burned. - The amount of responsibility you have, been part of the company is unmatched - You ship fast, everyday a product used everywhere in Latam / World. - You have here a hyper growth company - you will not encounter that type of structure often. We focus, scale, adjust and go beyond

      Cons

      - We are a full-remote company - You need to be autonomous in many aspects, planning, catching-up etc. Sometimes it can be challenging I guess if you are not used to it. But we have now some hubs so it s not technically full remote :) - It's Hard work yes, but it's Honest work!
