Ongoing leadership changes and multiple rounds of layoffs have damaged morale and created a domino effect, with lots of good talent leaving. New GM has pushed more and more work on the people still here, yet with no additional pay or recognition. HR is a joke -HQ lead proudly announces that she's been at Dole for 40 years and for sure acts like it, in terms of being out of touch with modern, competitive compensation and benefits.
