Pros
This company truly cares about their dolphins as well as their employees. The founders and higher ups have regular check ins with each location, and management works with staff every day to make sure everyone succeeds.
Cons
It is a high stress job and there are constantly new things to learn. This is both good and stressful some days! It is also a very time consuming job, and pays a *just* livable wage. I do think this is more due to the location rather than the company’s regard for their workers.
