Plenty of other staff that are being exploited and mistreated so you know you are not alone

Cons

Terrible management and terrible food standards with ceos who visit regularly and don't help the staff, franchisees are the worst as any fool with money can become a franchisee

Depending on the store, there is a wide range of hours available. The FOH and BOH staff are usually really friendly.

Cons

Depending on the store, the managers are unwilling to negotiate changes in availability. Also staffing shortages, they expect to run at 100% efficiency with the bare minimum of staff.
