Dome-Tech is a part of United Technologies Corporation (UTC). Very good benefits, very good salary, constant trainings (job and company related) and ability to obtain multiple certifications. A lot of domestic travel. Supervisors are highly skilled and highly educated professionals with very friendly and target oriented attitude. Co-workers are extremely helpful and friendly. There is a very positive competition between employees. It is very busy and interesting place to work. Definitely great company to work for on a long term basis. It's a very good place to work, especially for younger employees. You will get every tool that you need for work and even more.
Cons
You have to love this job and work hard in order to perform even at the very minimum level. Requirements and expectations are very demanding. Your job will re-checked several times by other engineers, before the final deliverable will go out to the customer. So, you'd better be very focused and very details oriented. This is not a place for lazy people. You will have to perform at your best all the time, otherwise entire team might be in the very bad position.
