You have to make more money coming in than coming out. They lose 5-10 accounts a week due to inflation in cost and bad service. They treat every employee as if they were poor broke and dirty. They think they own you. And they also think that they are doing you a favor. The pay is poor. They don’t even give you all of your commissions. Expectations are ridiculous. Other companies pay the correct salary if you were in sales. They pay way below average. You would be better getting more money at a fast food restaurant or a grocery store.
