Pros

The work is not hard, but it changes daily and management fails to update processors, No matter what happens, management will never share responsibility, and processors are treated like second-class citizens.

Cons

Management is awful. There are members of management who gang up on processors, berating and humiliating employees on a daily basis. Where is HR? Completely 100 percent on their side, so do not even bother with a grievance. They use teams and email as tools to bully and micromanage people. Management speaks badly about processors to other processors causing discord and a hostile working environment, The irony is that management also speaks badly of other members of management to processors, sharing their personal business, which FEEDS the hostile work environment employees are being trained to identify. It's a constant circle of toxicity which can lead to mental health issues and PTSD.

Pros

Working remote is a nice thing

Cons

Working at Dominion has showed me what Abuse at a work place really looks like. Management and even the owner degrade you and don’t hold any accountability for anything especially when they keep trying to get with technology but seem to keep making it more and more difficult. They allow borrowers to abuse Loan Processors and then write you up for it even when the issue is out of your control. They are a bunch of bullies and it’s a toxic work environment management does not want coworkers to speak to one another or even get along and everyone is always pointing fingers. They don’t ever say they want you to work overtime but always expect you to and they don’t even pay you for it nor feel bad about it.

Pros

Work from home is nice

Cons

In my experience, this workplace created a sense of learned helplessness. I often found myself doubting my own skills because I was repeatedly criticized for tasks that were contradictory or impossible to complete. It was an extremely demoralizing environment. Communication felt one‑sided—no matter what concerns you raised, there seemed to be no meaningful avenue for recourse. Management was consistently given the benefit of the doubt, and it felt like employees had little ability to defend themselves against misleading or inaccurate claims. The CEO’s leadership style was especially troubling. During large company‑wide meetings with more than a hundred people, he would—again, in my personal experience—publicly belittle and berate employees, with cameras required to remain on. The meeting culture was also overwhelming. We routinely had five hours of meetings a day, while only about ten minutes of that time was actually relevant to my work. The company also leaned heavily on AI in ways that felt careless and disconnected from practical needs. Diversity in leadership was nearly nonexistent, and I often heard people speak about the residents of Baltimore in language that I felt was troubling and racially insensitive. Additionally, the organization’s approach to managing Section 8 housing struck me as exploitative and dismissive of the communities it was supposed to serve. Overall, my experience was deeply negative, and I would not recommend this organization as a healthy or supportive place to work.
