Good health insurance. The office is conveniently located via metro in Arlington County.

Cons

The management is dishonest and just plain toxic. Only the folks at the top are paid and treated well. Super 1950's style workplace. They have lost some big clients in the last few years as well. Management wastefully chases a lot of business that they never could or would be able to actually get. It's like they have no business plan at all. They just throw things out and see what sticks. How sad.
