**NOTE** While I'm pretty sure that the same person wrote all but 1 of the previous "reviews," this is genuine. I came to the company because of 3 things: family culture, dedication to excellence, and professional development. I've found all of those to be true, if you can handle a little bickering like brothers & sisters. The company cares about its employees, and finds opportunities for you to grow if you seek them out. There are very intelligent and wonderful people to work with, and if you ever get bored, the company is extremely open to you picking up projects and even making your own position if it makes sense. Great opportunities if you take the initiative.

Cons

The top leadership is wild and uncontrollable in their emotions, sometimes making it difficult to stay motivated with the heavy workloads. Changes are coming to resolve that, but in the meantime, you are told to sit and deal with it. For the top performers, there is not much room to grow and they have many other options with other companies.

The pro would be you can work from home after 90 days.

Cons

If your a person of color this definitely wouldn’t be the place for you. Co-workers blatantly show racism and the company doesn’t do anything about it. They make you feel Ostracized and make it difficult to do your job. Never had so a horrible experience at a company.

-Hybrid Work from Home schedule 2 days a week -3 weeks of Paid Time Off -Leave early at 4 PM on Fridays

-Poor Management -Disorganized -Very low pay for job requirements and daily workload -No structure -No employee work/life balance -Overtime is demanded to meet workload requirements due to poor staffing and employee retention (revolving door situation) -No training (sink or swim mentality) -No upward mobility and growth -Poor leadership -Management bad mouths employees for leaving -HR department needs major improvement on understanding HR Policies, Laws and Procedures -Lack of care, compassion and appreciation for employees -Extremely high employee turnover
