Pros

The pay was generally decent

Cons

This company is all smoke and mirrors. Despite being a completely irrelevant publisher (exhibit A-Z is that every single review on glassdoor is for DOMINO'S PIZZA), this place utterly lacks personality, vision or diversity. It’s bad enough that the entire team sits on top of each other in a one room schoolhouse in Chelsea, but the team is utterly homogenous in both appearance and school of thought. Upper management is completely delusional and ineffective. HR is a joke. I'm not sure how they are still afloat considering they are a 10 year old+ company that operates like a mismanaged startup with an outdated revenue model. Stay far, far away unless you want to regret A LOT about your career decisions.

Cons

Clique-y, employees not treated right (undervalued, overworked, underpaid) negative work environment, no transparency, negative criticism when asked to work from home for legitimate reasons, no work/life balance
