Avoid at all costs if you're honest / decent
Pros
Over the years, I have met one or two decent honest people trapped in there. The type of people who are just trying their best to get through life and pay their bills. All of them without exception said they would leave in the morning if they had other options. What few honest/sane staff remain are all mentally affected. The pay is good if money is your God, but nothing is worth prostituting yourself for the likes of DCC. I'm sorry I didn't leave when I had the chance.
Cons
Completely toxic and dysfunctional workplace. All locations. All sections. All areas. Chaos, underhandedness, dishonesty, corruption, petty gangs, politics, incompetency, is all rampant, fostered, supported, encouraged, promoted and protected. If you place any value on honesty, integrity, professionalism, or decency, avoid any dealings with this organisation at all costs. No sane person would have anything to do with DCC. Look up the characteristics of a toxic and dysfunctional workplace. DCC would make a classic text book case study on how not to run any workplace / organisation / activity.
