Good office ideally located in Vesterbro. Everyday, you know you are contributing to make the world greener with high-class bikes. The atmosphere with colleagues is pleasant and joyful, while you can rapidly earn responsibilities. Good work-life balance.
Cons
Each year, there is a wave of layoffs. Each year, they keep saying "it's the last time because we will change things." Each year, this scheme repeats. The HR manager uses her power as a little dictator. She replicates her frustration about life towards the employees and everyone is aware she is a fake person, trying to make friends with you while reporting every word to C-level and your own manager in your back. Nepotism represents C-level, with a very low appreciation of the team's dedication. They should stop only looking at their Excel sheets and numbers and acknowledge more the hard work and level of engagement each employee is giving everyday.
