      Pros

      Great benefits, 401K plan. Very accommodating for emergency time off. Great forward thinking company.

      Cons

      No room for advancement or consideration for openings. Cliques. Favoritism. No answers to pertinent questions by management/supervisor in regards to advancement/performance.
