Pros

Great starting pay, compared to most entry level opportunities. Fast promotion if you're observant and ready to learn new skills. Generally a respectful work culture with a definite community mindset. Improvements and suggestions are GENERALLY well received.

Cons

Management can be slow to adopt modern methods or equipment. Short-term thinking from management often sacrifices long-term profit for instant gratification. The community mindset can, unfortunately, keep unqualified, stubbornly outdated employees in roles they're no longer effective in. Too many defensive personalities make it difficult to issue criticism and suggest changes.

Pros

It is not very hard work when you get in the swing of things, and in various departments regarding the quality of the photographs. You get to look at pictures all day which is fun, and silently judge all the dance girls to pass time. There is always work to be done and everyone is very nice. It is a great office environment - and casual!

Cons

There is hardly any room for promotion as it is a small company and the pay isn't that great. Can get monotonous. You also don't work in the off season, which is all summer (might be a pro) but then you don't get paid.
