Especially for those seeking a career in the nonprofit space or within digital marketing services.

Not a tech company. More a web design firm. Product is a website that is branded as a tech platform. If you're looking for a job with a tech company, this is not the one. Requires custom design for every customer. All requires a massive amount of internal resources to keep customer sites up and running. Difficult to achieve incremental or sustainable growth. Sustaining the business relies upon a few large customers. Most resources exist to keep these customers content. Company direction is based upon the needs of this small set of highly visible customers. Should any abandon their DonorDrive websites the company is not sustainable. A lot of tinkering needed to keep the site running for each customer. Company culture is not open to new ideas.
