Teachers are severely underpaid - one of the lowest paying in the district (Diocese of Trenton), teacher morale is low, administration says they're supportive of faculty but the action is not always there, there are no hall monitors in the school, parents seem to expect their student will be passed in each class just because they pay tuition, half of the student population behaves entitled
