Pros

Some coworkers were cool. Tasks were fairly easy. Only time it was busy was mornings. Afternoons and evenings were vacant.

Cons

Management treats their employees awfully. They only hire women for customer service positions. Customers were a lot of older people that had no respect. I felt like a slave.

It's a food job

Pros

It's very dependent on your location, manager, and fellow employees. Some stores are stricter than others. Some are fun to work at. It really depends on the culture at each location. The owners are easy to interact with. Favoritism is a factor I struggled with. It's difficult to live on as a full time job if you are single. It's really good for college kids or a first time job.

Cons

Must work every other weekend (Some) locations have a bullying environment Men do not work in the retail locations. Only baking and driving usually. While they *can* work there the other girls usually are weird about it until they leave. Schedules are not set in stone and can be changed the day before, particularly if they are aware you do not have school or other jobs
