Runs everything into the ground

Pros

Co workers are pretty decent

Cons

Rampant favoritism and micromanagement. There is no set schedule at all. You are told what time you are coming in the next day and have no real idea when you are leaving. Oftentimes are working six days a week to get forty hours in (if you get that) which is due to poor management and inability to plan. Management there micromanages everything that is done, there is no set standard for anything, maintenance is fairly non existent unless it breaks down. Management runs both the equipment and the employees into the ground just for the bottom line. The quality that comes off the presses is often mediocre at best with inconsistent coloring throughout the job, paper shifts and off centered printing. No appreciation or communication to the employees as to what's going on. Management lies through their teeth to the employees and have been caught blatantly doing so. Management also engages in inappropriate physical contact with employees. People are doing drugs and alcohol on the later shifts and smoking in the building (remember a printing company with a lot of flammable paper). OSHA regulations are essentially ignored. There is no accountability, no structure, no transparency, and also no set guidelines for anything.

Pros

Co-employees for the most part work/life balance (it is getting worse)

Cons

rampant drug and alcohol use if micro-management could get any worse here it would be called nano-management. very poor equipment tied together with some modern equipment. i.e. a pinto with some modern parts of today. very dirty and disgusting plant. poor air quality... freeze us in the winter, fry us in the summer. Poor sales team. Fraternization among upper-management and regular employees lay offs of too many hourly employees and keeping management making company top heavy Favoritism running rampant. uneven pay scale throughout plant Short-changes customers by using less quality paper to save money and substituting paper that they have not requested just to turn a profit. no management from 6pm to 730am on average poor training programs to the point of why do you have this and the list goes on
