      Here, almost everyone is from a different place and region, it’s an advantage of working among a diverse workforce that helps to learn about a different culture. Doon helps us to maintain a work-life balance and is an employee-friendly organization. CEO believes in keeping transparency, trust,openness and is approachable.

      Pros

      The Wall of Fame is a good initiative to motivate people. New recruits also get recognition under the Dashing Debut category; I got it when I joined! Onboarding and handholding are smooth processes.

      Right workplace to acquire IT Sales knowledge. Freshers and experienced both can prosper here. Some resources had joined as BDE and, over the years, have been promoted to various Senior positions. In my tenure of 1.5 years, I have been promoted twice. Leadership encourages and motivates.
