Salary is lower than competitors as Dorsch bid low on projects (they are mostly the cheapest bidder) the only way you will get a pay rise is by leaving and they may make a counter offer to you (they did to me but i declined) and as such staff turnover is quite high and people are mostly looking for a new job with a higher salary. HR is a joke all they do is try to save money by slashing any benefit thry could. By the time i left the insurance was a joke and when staff publicly complained they were threatened/ blamed for making to many claims on the previous insurance. They also ration stationery and you need to fill in a form to get something as simple as a pencil.
