Horribly disorganized management with obvious favoritism. It was clear "senior" leadership had no actual experience and were coasting by on their personal relationships with the CEO. It wasn't unusual to get a new project and be expected to have it fully complete by the end of day. Insane, unrealistic timelines with no room for conversation or logic. VERY emotional managers. There was way too much crying at the office for a dupe perfume company. You will get threatened and yelled at if you push back at all. To top it all off, there were several instances of blatant racism, sexism, and homophobia during my time there – often from senior management. Seriously, run away from this company.

Micromanagement is off the charts!!! Leadership is inexperienced, job titles are overinflated. Prepare for endless meetings with PowerPoints for even the smallest decisions. No technical support, long hours, and a work culture that feels more like high school drama than a professional environment.
