Pros
Dotwell is very community oriented. The mission, vision and values were displayed daily. Being the community link for two health centers in Dorchester placed DotWell in the center of community activities.
Cons
Due to DotWell's size compensation was not as competitive as it could have been. Even though you. Work for DotWell you are compensated b one of the two health centers, which had different policies, so not every DotWell employee had the same policies or benefits.
