Cons
With a growing company, there come times when the rate you are growing outpaces the workforce available to get it done. During those times, work production slows a bit, but quickly recalibrates. With a growing company also comes a need for checks and balances when there are new hires in order to determine who is the final decision maker. This tends to resolve quickly with the strong leadership here.

Pros
Management makes sure to take care of their engineers. Always open to feedback and suggestions, sometimes sparking long running healthy discussions about engineering and architecture decisions. Room to grow and learn while developing current and future features.
Cons
Enginnering team structure was a bit of a mess at times, I have heard it's been improving since I left though.
