Pros
The job is easy and the other employees are great. They have good flexibility with schedules. Great part-time job. Mindless work if you enjoy that kind of thing, if you aren't taking deliveries, you're folding boxes. Customers in the area tip very well, and you have cash in-hand each night.
Cons
If you are not an in-store employee, the manager does not show you respect and sees you as expendible, facts of which you are reminded of often. There are absolutely no possibilities for pay raises or job promotions if you are a driver. Management does not care for employee feedback (with the exception of some shift leaders), it's a my-way-or-the-highway attitude. The hypocracy that exists between managment's actions and the policies they enforce is ridiculous! You can work as hard as you want but you will not see any incentive to keep doing so, not even an acknowledgement for a job well done.
