Great view and recreation area.

Cons

Cancelled bonuses. People are leaving or thinking about it. Open concept hurts productivity. Upper management acts like rock stars.

Very casual work environment in some of the best office space I've ever worked in. Not a "suit" environment. Great location in Baltimore that is convenient.

Cons

Management team seems arrogant in their attitudes from time to time. Lack of communication about the true intentions of the company. Long term goals here are foggy at best.
