Okay company but more focused on growing the business and not the people

Pros
Every employee is fully remote and the company provides the technology.
Cons
There are no annual cost of living increases and they give raises sporadically so that your salary cannot keep up with inflation. Health insurance premiums are very high and management will reprimand you if they feel you are not dropping everything that you are doing in order to help another employee, even if you have a full workload.

The management team is so supportive and generous. Doublestar is my favorite employer in my career!
Cons
At times the workload is heavy, but Doublestar teammates are so supportive and other assistance when needed.
