I want to start off by saying Thank you so much Douglas Allen! I came into this company in the beginning of May, pregnant and not sure how much support I would receive.
However, since my time with Douglas Allen, I have received so much training and endless support whilst them knowing I would have to go on Maternity leave in a few months
They still coached me through and constantly made me feel so positive and reassured. They are very patient and help you find yourself in the company!
I have learnt so much in a small period of time and built a close relationship with my team that I work with. They are definitely a second family to me and I am so grateful for how they helped me build my confidence in sales, professionalism and efficiency.
I definitely look forward to coming back to work after Maternity leave as already missing the fast paced, exciting environment that always keeps you wanting more.
