Founders who have no Experience with running a previous start up and that change direction constantly. You never know what you’re meant to work on and a brief will change the next day. You’re micro managed and every detail is checked over by the stakeholders and in the end it’s them creating and driving the outputs. They don’t like you working from home and want employees to be at their desk and if you’re going for coffee or breakfast they get nervous you’re not producing work. They are really just copy cats - they always reference other companies and want to just replicate that.
