      Shiny Prospects with a Shady End

      Pros

      Being hired mid-year during COVID was definitely an adventure. I usually felt supported by the principal, and the other staff. Changing to in-person learning was a whole new experience with ups and downs, as with any school.

      Cons

      I felt wronged when my contract wasn't renewed and they couldn't give me a good reason (I was pregnant, and felt that if I hadn't revealed this, I would've been rehired for another contract year).

      This is the worst job I’ve ever had. I hated every second I was there, and couldn’t even finish out the year.
