Competitive pay and plenty of work to keep you busy.
Cons
Culture of the company is terrible. Senior leadership is disconnected and seriously plays favoritism. A disorganized mess of a company that has grown too big for the competency of its management.
You don't like being touched all the time? Not your place. You don't think management should hug you every time they see you? Not your place. You want a modicum of professionalism? Not your place. But, if you like being groped, talked down to and very little pay, I highly recommend working here.
